We only collect the information you send us voluntarily through our forms (contact, service request, job application): first name, last name, email, phone, company, message and, for an application, the attached documents.

The site also collects anonymous technical data needed for its operation and for audience measurement (pages viewed, device type, browser).

This information is used to answer your requests, prepare a service offer, process an application and improve the site. It is neither sold nor shared for commercial purposes.

Form submissions are kept in the site’s management system for as long as needed to process the request, then deleted. The site is hosted in Canada and the United States by our hosting provider; transactional emails go through an email delivery provider.

Under Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent, by writing to service@etaltech.com. We respond within 30 days.
